Visiting researchers

Ana Isabel Rodríguez

She has been doing a stay as Visiting fellow from January 2019 to July 2019. During her stay, she has finished her PhD thesis, supported some of the activities of the group and has requested several grants, including an MCSA, to be able to continue as a researcher of the group.

Carles Fernàndez Torné

He has initiated a stay of several months with the group. During this time he will prepare an MCSA grant, a project for the ICIP call and will promote various articles and activities of the group.

Reuben Lewis

Postdoctoral researcher at the School of Transnational Governance of Florence, took a one-week research stay in early May. During his stay he presented part of his work at a seminar organized jointly with CIDOB.

Interns

Maria Huguet 
Journalist and student of the MA in International Journalism Blanquerna-URL. She developed the website of the research group. 
Marina Enrich

Student of International Relations at Blanquerna. She participated in the drafting of a part of the report that is written each year by the Aid the Church in Need named  “Religious Freedom Report 2019”. Together with Joaquim Armengol, they developed the part of Subsaharian Africa.

Joaquim Armengol

Student of International Relations at Blanquerna. He participated in the drafting of a part of the report that is written each year by the Aid the Church in Need named “Religious Freedom Report 2019”. Together with Marina Enrich, they developed the part of Subsaharian Africa.

Paula Martí

Student of the MA in Peace, Conflict and Security at Blanquerna. She updated the Africa Section of the Religious Freedom Report 2019 and drafted the regional analysis for East and West Africa.

Felipe Repetto
Student of International Relations at Blanquerna. He assisted the group’s main researchers in a variety of tasks, including the research of literature and the management of communication among all members, holding a supportive role wherever needed. He also published an article reporting Globalcodes’ interview with Professor Robert Fishman, by the title of “What can Americans Expect?”, which describes the very controversial 2020 Elections in the United States. 
Sabina Escobar

Student of International Relations at Blanquerna. From February to June, she will be participating in a research project for a call of the academic journal International Journal of Conflict and Violence. The project focuses on the impact of Covid-19 exceptional measures taken by governments on refugee women in Africa. She will also collaborate in the organization of webinars.

Emma Santanach

Student of International Relations at IBEI. With Sabina, she will be participating in a research project for a call of the academic journal International Journal of Conflict and Violence. The project focuses on the impact of Covid-19 exceptional measures taken by governments on refugee women in Africa. On the other hand, she will be in charge of the website.
